Please review these standard terms, which govern the provision of consulting services. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms:

These terms are between you and SEJK LLC. All references to “SEJK,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to SEJK LLC ,PO BOX 311 Camden, DE 19934-0311./

“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

I provide consulting, training, implementation, and support services as described in any agreed Statement of Work or proposal. Any changes or additions to the services must be documented and approved in writing.

I operate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between us.

• Fees: Service fees are based on the scope, duration, and nature of the engagement.
• Payment Terms: Invoices are issued as agreed (e.g., monthly, upon project milestones, or completion) and are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
• Expenses: Pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the services will be reimbursed.

You agree to receive email and text messages from YakChat. Message frequency may vary.

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.

By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from SEJK, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn’t limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DON’T SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SERVICE TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and isn’t intended to modify our general Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference above, which may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.

Email us at info@yakchat.com for any assistance and you can opt-out using the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of the email.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the sole property of its respective owner. Deliverables created under the engagement will be owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I reserve the right to use work samples for portfolio purposes, subject to confidentiality requirements.

My liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees paid for those services. I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Term: This agreement becomes effective upon acceptance and remains in effect until the completion of services as specified in the engagement.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Payment is due for services rendered and approved expenses incurred up to the termination date.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

These terms may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms, together with any additional written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the consulting services, and supersede all prior understandings or representations.

By engaging my consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact me prior to initiating services.
